Seems like we’re eating too much tuna these days. We’re overfishing, so much in fact that this years tuna season in the Mediterranean will be cut by two whole weeks.

Quotas have been reduced as well, by 27 percent.

The Mediterranean bluefin tuna has been severely overfished in the past, and this is a last ditch effort to try and save the fish.

Do we stock up on canned tuna? Or do we stop buying tuna altogether? What’s the best course of action to save these fish?
