Sometimes you just want to get your site up and running just as quickly as possible. I know that ‘sometimes’ my web designer is so backed up that she just can’t get to me right away.
When that happens, or you just want to avoid a webguy at all costs, you can start out by creating your own blog with a pre-made theme. You can download wordpress templates right off the net, some are even free. You can find all genre’s too, sports, feminine ones, woodsy looking ones, game styles, scholastic, practically anything you can think of!
You can typically switch one up a bit so that no-one need ever know that you used a free template.
I had this one made – but I’ve used a template before – it was easy – so I highly recommend it!
