Fly fishing sure looks like fun. I haven’t had a chance to tackle the sport of fly-fishing, but it’s on my bucket list. Who knows, I might just find it to be a ‘new’ favorite pastime.
I found out that those of us, in or near Oklahoma, that want to learn fly-fishing can do so at Whitlock’s School near Tahlequah.

The place is built for fly-fishing!. They’ve a pond and a trout stream right there on the property. You can practice fly-casting and still water fly fishing. They also teach flowing-water fly fishing on one of the many streams and rivers nearby.

Emily has fourteen years by Dave’s side teaching, writing and speaking as well as being a world class fly-fisherman herself.
