You find things, really interesting things, just when you least expect it. Case in point, I’ve a friend who’s headed down to Dallas this weekend. Her ice chest is too big for the passenger seat, and her Playmate doesn’t keep items cold enough. She was looking for an ice chest to hold the bottled water that she gulps religiously, and one that would keep it ice cold, and one that would be handy in her SUV.
She thought about running over to Bass Pro, until I happened to mentioned that I’d been to Academy just the week before. Had she been in there lately?
A quick glance at the Academy website revealed that yes, they had coolers in stock, even though it’s March, and yes they had lots of different styles and sizes to choose from. Looks like a winner, and a quick and easy purchase for her.
But, while I was looking for her handy dandy car cooler, I just happened to stumble across the absolute CUTEST cooler – ever! It’s red and white and round and shaped just like a bobber, only BIG.
It’s called the Big Bobber.

Come on, admit it, it would be a blast to have and use on the boat, or the pool, or anywhere really. It holds a 12 pk and did I mention, it’s CUTE!
THIS Big Bobber ice chest is going on my gift list for this year. Wonder who I can get one for? Dad, bro,???
