Did you know that bass have a metabolism that changes with the ambient water temperature? If the water’s colder than normal, the fish will be
less active and therefore less hungry. If the water’s warmer, well, warmer water means more active fish. An active fish is a hungry fish.
So pay attention to your local lake facts to determine current temperature fluctuations. It’ll help you decide when and where to fish as well as which bait to use.
